Edible Education Food Conference

UCI Students, faculty, and staff passionate about alleviating the current sustainability-food crisis were brought together at the Edible Education food conference to discuss food studies, research, and practice.  The conference encouraged individuals to exchange of work and perspectives about food studies, and to investigate opportunities for collaborative interdisciplinary food research on campus.  Food practitioners and commentators joined in an enriching conversation to understand how we can deal with challenges in our food systems in today’s society.
